1. Positioning for the Best Shot: Make sure your partner is positioned on the right side, ensuring the ring placement is visible to the photographer or videographer.
2. Keep the Spot Clean: Encourage your partner to leave bags, heavy coats, or any other distractions away from the proposal spot to keep the background clean and the focus on the moment.
3. Hand Grooming: Clean and manicured hands are a must. Remember, there will be close-up shots of the ring, and you want your hands to look their best.

3. Hire a Planner or Decorator: You only get one shot at this life-altering moment, so make it extra special. Flowers and decor will send your partner over the moon that you went above and beyond for this moment.
4. Stick to the Plan: If you have booked your photographer for a specific time, make sure you propose at that time or in your booked photography window and not a minute beforehand. Our team will be on site 30mins before to set up but it’s important that the proposal happens at the right time.
